Polish Museum of America Tour
The Polish Museum of America was established in 1935 and is one of the oldest and largest ethnic museums in the US. It’s located in the early community area of Milwaukee, Ashland and Division. This event will be a one hour guided private tour for the Chicago Genealogical Society of the Museum's permanent collections in the Great Hall and Maritime Room, including the exhibit Polish Chicago 1850-1939. The exhibit is a visual introduction to the history of Poles in Chicago. The tour also includes an overview of the Museum’s Archive Collection.
Registered attendees will meet at the Chicago Polish Museum of America, 984 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL, at the main entrance @ 11:00am. Please review the Museum’s visitor guidelines before you attend the tour. Visitor Guidelines | PMA
